Ultimately, it’s the crew on board our aircraft that will get
you to your destination safely, but with our strict
guidelines, it’s not easy finding the right people for the
job either. We’ve gone through thousands of applicants
and hundreds of candidates over six months to fill just
one position.
Our Captains typically have many years of airline or
corporate flying experience and hold an ATP License,
the highest available designation in aviation. Both the
Captain and First Officer receive simulator training at
the world renowned Flight Safety International twice a
year. Every 12 months they receive recurrent ground
school training.
In addition to flying the plane, our crew is trained in
High-Altitude physiology, advanced de-icing
procedures and ground survival techniques.

Safety begins with a commitment to both ourselves
and our passengers, and it all starts with our
maintenance program moving all the way up to our
hiring process. While we like to fly fast, we take a
very cautious and methodical approach to safety.
The aircraft you charter from us are the same aircraft
our company principals use for themselves, and just
like they would never put their families at risk, you can
be assured of the same respect to you and your
guests from the moment you walk into our facility.
Regardless of the cost, any deficiency is immediately corrected – or the aircraft does not go back into
service.
